In the spirit of democracy I propose this Bill. It is basically an adaption of the Hon. Ackbar's Electoral Reform Act of 2003, but this version contains provisions for letting the Shahan-Ri have a place in the Electoral Commission and for elections to the Majlis-i-Dharma.

I humbly submit this Bill believing it will benefit our nation and our people.
