I would like to know your laws about opening a private bank since it doesn't seem to be discussed anywhere.

The bank would ideally operate with the Babkhan currency using an online autonomated banking system(php-mysql). It is the same as that used by the Bank of Karnali which is the central bank of Karnali.

This Act may be cited as the Economy and Banking Act, 2003.

Section 2
This Act replaces, in its entirety, the Economy Act 2001, which shall be repealed on the day that this Act receives Royal Assent. In addition, the Stockmarket Act 2001 shall be repealed on the day this Act receives Royal Assent.

Section 3
