"Osmani Artakhshatra Kharenah"
Know that We, Mibaradardam be Khorshid va Mah Minamaz dadanam Zurvan, have in the first place granted to Zurvan this farman which by his Kharenah is confirmed for us and our heirs forever.
Where as the current incumbent upon the Satrapian Throne is thanked for his services and now invited to submitt to the stranglers noose.
Let it Be Enacted:
That His Excellency the esteemed Vehrot Bakhsudanzi, Vizier for Cultural and Religious Affairs, is appointed to the position of Satrap of Norasht. Therein to be charged with administering the province in a manner that expands and elaborates upon its culture and which is in accordance with the Imperial Will concerning governance.
Osman Shahanshah, by acclamation of the people, Protector of the Grand Commonwealth, Shahanshah of the Kingdom of Babkha and all her Dominions and Protectorates, Lord of the Four Quarters, Khan of the Blue Horizon, Emir of Raspur, Emir of Iskanderun, Steward of Elwynn, Sovereign of the Nishan i-Rastakhiz, Nishan-i-Khurshid, Nishan i-Shir and Nishan i-Taj, Grand Sirdar Bahadur of the Orders of the Kingdom, Elwynnese Grand Master of the Order of the Dead Stagg, Chancellor of Exterior Affairs for the Grand Commonwealth, Grand Commander of the Imperial Babkhan Army, Commander of the Báatharz and Kumaran Defence Forces, Amir of the Militia and Police of Elwynn, Count of Lesser Zjandaria, Knight of Hanover, Knight Commander of the Order of the Eagle, Officer of Gotzborg, Member of the Imperial Order of the Solomonic Empire (Gold Award) and the Imperial Order of the Empress' Rose, Knight of the Sovereign Order of Treesia, Recipient of the Standard of the March Breeze, Caudillo of La Plata.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF We have caused the Great Seal of the Rastakhiz to be affixed to this Farman which We have signed with Our Hand. Given this day Seshhanbeh the 11th of Bahman, in the Year 1384 in the City of Raspur, Greater Zjandaria, in the Second Year of Our Resummed Reign.
